Usually purchase something once a month, just wish there were more healthier options

I used to like this app where I’d get paid straight away and get quite a lot of relevant offers. Now it seems there’s lots of hidden Ts and Cs which I’m not aware of until it’s too late and I’ve bought the product. For example I benefit from Nectar prices and I bought an item I wouldn’t normally get. It said it was valid at Sainsbury’s so I verified it using the app then submitted the cashback. The product would have been free due to the Nectar price promotion . I’m them told because there has to be a difference in the purchase and the cashback the claim would be rejected. I wasted my money. I don’t like this £10 threshold as apps can close down at anytime so I have to grab the opportunity to buy more and quickly cash out. I’ve had issues before where customer service were difficult in refusing to refund 100% of the price of some boxed chocolates which were advertised as free for members i.e I would be reimbursed the full amount. I tried to challenge this but was fobbed off. Then another time I bought something I verified using the app was valid at Sainsbury’s but the terms and conditions said it was only valid at Morrisons.

Used to be a gold member for a while but now any attractive offers aren’t actually available in store for me to buy. Seems like they put the offer out as an introductory offer before the shops have put the products out. I disagree with the £10 spend to withdraw earnings. If you’re going to make people hit a target try £5. As a regular user of the app it’s taken me a long time to get anywhere near £10. There are also fewer try for free items available. I haven’t seen a free item without completing challenges or being a gold member for at least 7 months. Prior to then my history suggests I redeemed 2 free items this year. I believe I redeemed 8 free items last year. Otherwise, payouts before the £10 target were simple. The app is easy to use.

Customer service never answer your emails

Used to use the app regularly but since they have introduced the minimum withdrawal amount of £10 I no longer use the app. As others have said it takes a long time to get to £10 and is not worth it at all.

Fake I didn’t get my cash back on my maltesers absolutely fake and not real

Some advertised offers don’t work like the recent cheez-it offer. Followed the exact offer terms but product not being recognised by the app. Sent a message to customer services last week and also followed up again but zero response. Pretty poor form.
