Horrible customer service. NOT recommended
Takes forever to get a response. You have to chase them and explain your case from the beginning every time you talk to a representative. The app does not show the status of your order when you place a replacement request. It simply cancelled my order and waiting for me to call and explain again from the beginning. Now I’m just giving up using their app and service. Avoid it at all cost.
