Gives time slots but no menus

Literally had to use my partners phone and use a different card so that we could buy food…. After adding our items to the basket, then having to sign up we entered our bank details for it to fail 3 times, assuming it was our card we tried another… that did not work, we were told by staff that sometimes this happens with the app and to try a different phone. As soon as we switched phone it worked fine. Over 25minutes to order contactless is crazy

My husband and I stayed here for 6 days with our daughter in law and two grandchildren. We had the best time ever! The food was perfect. The staff are an asset to Shorefield. Young George and Cory especially. The entertainment was fab too. Emma and Kerry went above and beyond. Truly lovely ladies. The whole resort is spotless. Highly recommend. Thank you everyone 👏👏

Consistently failed to get an accurate location in the park and there were never any delivery slots available to chose. In short, it may work for getting food to your table in the tides but forget about using it to get food to your accommodation.
