I bought annual plan, but the movies are not unlock. But my money was deducted from my apple account.

I’m halfway through one series and already spent $50. This is way too expensive. Most other apps have $20 per week unlimited but this app is $15 per week just for a limited amount of coins. Stories seem good but cost is too high.

Took my money and did not honor it. I paid for the weekly subscription, and my account was charged. However, I do not have access to the shorts! I have emailed the address in the privacy policy and terms and uses pages. I have received no response. Who do I get in touch with to remedy this issue?

I subscribe for a week because a wanted to watch a short drama called. Lives distant shore that they supposedly had. I paid 19.99 sice they had a promotion. I go and look for the drama and it said not found so i try to look at other options and nothing. So i try login i go to my subscription and it said restore subscription. Since i had already paid I press it and it and instead of fixing my problem it charge me 29.99. I contacted via message from the app and i dint received a reply. So I asked for a refund and they refuse because they wanted to know more. I explain like I’m doing right now and they still refuse to give me a refund. Its disappointing. They took 49.98 from me and i cant even watch a full series on this app. Save your money don’t get scam like i did.

This app is one lie after the other... They told me to Invite a friend for 500 coins. LIARS!!! Not only did I get coins I was highly disappointed and frankly put off from using this whole app entirely!!! You lost a costumer I hope your satisfied from your greed! 0/10 would not recommend.

Please put title on movies I have a subscription, your assuming your app opens to correct movie. It doesn’t.

I got the weekly subscription and the money was taken from my account and I got the email confirmation of the subscription but it’s showing that I never paid for one in the app. Total rip off. I’ve been waiting and restarting the app but it’s still not credited to the app. This needs to be fixed or the money refunded immediately! Update after developer contact: How exactly am I supposed to contact the developer?? There’s no contact information.

I started watching a show and had no enough credit so I paid for a weekly subscription but still the credits aren’t showing while they took my money already and there is no number to reach out too

Paid for a weekly sub through apple subscription so I have proof of purchase. It never opened the episodes. $29.99 wasted and no way to contact anyone from the app to resolve the issues. Will seek refund from apple.
