Shorts Blocker for YouTube

Effectivement ça fonctionne très bien, seulement cela ne fonctionne que sur safari et non pas sur l’application YouTube, ( faite donc attention si cela ne vous conviens pas et concernant mon cas effectivement je n’avais pas vu et j’ai été déçu mais c’est totalement ma faute, ce n’est donc pas pour ça que j’écris cet avis.) j’écris cet avis pour dire que si on veut blocker les shorts pour un enfant, il peut accéder à l’extension et la désactiver très facilement ce qui n’est en soit plus très intéressant quand il l’aura découvert.

I prefer using Safari for YouTube and over the past year I’ve made a bad habit of watching YouTube shorts for long periods of time. This is the perfect app to break the cycle. It hides any indication of the shorts. Not to mention the great price point.

This app restores my humanity. I love Youtube, but they make Shorts impossible to ignore by design. Now I can access content I want—fascinating and educational—without getting sucked into a Borg vortex of infinite-scroll, pavlovian gambling. Thank God and this developer.

For a long time now. I have been trying to get away from social media. Which for the most part is fine. I stopped using all the main ones a while ago. But I use YouTube for allot of my entertainment. I usually used the YouTube app but moved away in an attempt to not get so many shorts recommendations. Which works for sure. But I really wanted to eliminate the distraction all together. Did some looking around and found this extension. Amazing find! Keep up the great work!
