This app is so buggy it’s a disgrace. I’m seriously thinking of moving to arccos I can’t stand it any more

How do I get the app onto my Apple Watch? I’ve tried everything but not showing?

I have used Shotscope since the V2. I am now using the x5. Since the last update On the watch and app I have to forget the watch in Bluetooth settings and repair to sync. Every time. Now today even after restarting the watch and the iPhone when I try to reconnect the watch the app crashes. Totally unusable at present.

In a constant loop of deleting app, connecting to watch and app asking to update firmware and the. Sits at 0% with spinning wheels. Not the first time, great when it works too many glitches

Constant improvement in functionality but could still be better. The app cannot handle stableford scoring. The additional club tags has been reduced for the current generation product to just X1 and X2. Many golfers manage their bag club selection based on the course they are playing. This means that on occasions the bag may contain more wedges for shorter courses or additional longer and hybrid clubs for longer courses. Having to swap club tags for such club changes is a bind and it messes up actual club data. I personally would like to see the X3 and X4 tags being made available again with possibly a couple of additions. The app gets better with each update and provides a lot of review information to help analyse your individual club data and overall ability.

The app will not stay connected to the X5 device so I can’t sync anything. After connecting and then dropping out, the app just shuts itself down.

App crashes just as you sign off a round and you have to edit it all over again. Buy another product.

Previously used Arccos but the £100 a year subscription, confusion with their website and having a phone in my pocket ended my association. I bought a V3 and instantly clicked. The website to check your strokes gained stats is a lot more user friendly. I’ve since moved to the X5 and added their Pro LX range finder to the bag. The watch and the website are so user friendly, I bought one for my junior daughter.

The system is great.- very easy to use. Editing is easy an. As usual there are occasional glitches, restarts normally fix thins and the shot scope. Review is showing as white on white so apologies for typos. team are very responsive if you contact them
