Almost best thing next to an actual shot timer
Only downside I’ve experienced is it will read a bolt action load as a shot.

I was using the free version for dry fire practice. Timer would not pick up striker click. Free version does not allow microphone sensitivity adjustment, consequently, could not adjust the sensitivity to see if it would pick up. It would not even record loud handclaps.
I purchased the premium version. I have the most updated app. The timer will sometimes pick up my shots but not reliably. Most of the time it registers me unholstering as louder than the actual shots.
Very sensitive mic
Great app, that I recommend for anyone who loves shooting and pushing themselves.
I have the paid version. It has only three (ridiculous) drills, none of which time more than two shots. Can’t imagine how this would be useful to anyone except an utter newbie, and only briefly even to them. As stated: JUNK.
The start beeps are too quiet. I try to turn them up but, after the first beep, the volume turns itself back down. It also only counts up to 2 shots. Otherwise it works well if you can hear the start beep.
The app is having the same problem as the previous review left 1 year ago. When you put it onto single shot, as soon as the timer starts, it registers a “shot” despite the room being completely silent.
Purchased the full version and it does not work. It just randomly picks up a noise on any microphone level and counts it as ur shot. Even in the paid version there is no custom drill just the pre programmed ones and thats only 3. Im currently going through the refund process.
This app is worthless to anyone shooting more than one or two shots. I need to know the time to my first shot and my last shot. I bought this a couple days ago when I forgot to bring my timer to the range, fifty minutes from home. The drill required me to shoot four shots, change mags and shoot four more at particular targets. I needed to know the total time as I was competing against others around the country. Thirty-five minutes after purchasng the app, I contacted the credit card company for a refund. I found out this afternoon that the refund was refused. I can afford to be out five bucks, but I don’t want to see anyone else getting ripped off by a “developer” for an app that doesn’t do anything. Please don’t waste your money, unless you’re willing to lose it as soon as you use it. You should be ashamed for putting an app like this out for sale without a free trial period.
