Show Me Your Mumu - Fashion

Both the app and website are extremely slow. The website is clunky. I’m trying to plan out bridesmaid dresses. I saved them all the show room so that I can plug and play - you cannot drag them down to the bridesmaid of choice. You also cannot open a dress from the showroom. Also, from last night to today, all of my showroom selections are gone.

I love MuMu but this app is so bad. I opened the app and clicked on the denim sale. But nothing happened. So I tried to click on so many other areas. After five minutes it finally opened my original category I wanted. This app needs work! Big time! Uninstalled until fixed.

Everything about the app is solid…but you can’t check out. Tough when the merchant is running a promotion for in app purchases only. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled, cleared my bag, and I’m still taken to a blank page with an app pop up.

I can’t access my cart to check out in-app. When I sign in to my account from a browser, my cart is empty. Only the “buy now” option is working for me in-app, and then it’s not accepting discount codes. Otherwise it’s an aesthetically-pleasing, easy to navigate shopping app. Just not worth much if you can’t actually buy anything - but that’s a bigger problem for the developers than me, I’ll just shop elsewhere.

MuMu is such a classy & lovely brand. My girlfriend wears a great bit of MuMu & it gets my blood flowing because she looks so amazing in the wardrobes! You girls at MuMu are crushing it, it’s been awesome to see where you girls started to where y’all are today! MuMu forever!!!!!
