Can’t connect with the participating apps
Every time I try to connect my Shukran with apps like Centrepoint, Max, or Splash; it always says the shukran number is already connected with another user. This app is useless when buying online.

👎🏻Unsatisfactory! Unable to link the card to my accounts. The points are already wasted. Even though you send them message regarding the issue they could not do anything about it and not responding according to your concerns.

ارغب في تجربة التطبيق لانه لدي عرض استبدال نقاط بنقاط شكرنز ، لكن للاسف وجدت معظم التعليقات سلبيه وتنصح بعدم التجربه ، فهل تم تطوير مشاكل التطبيق ؟ والان خدمتكم جيدة ؟ واذا واجهت صعوبات او مشاكل ستضمنون حلها لي ؟ اتمنى ذلك لان فكرة التطبيق جذابة وذكيه ، ارجو الرد من الدعم وشكراً
