I have used Shutterfly for many many years and it always delivers great quality.
Expensive shipping
Offers “free” photos then charges $30 in shipping. Added a frame, suddenly $70 in shipping. Don’t fall for this shady business practice.
Bluff
The quoted price for the puzzle I chose was 17.99. When I added the promo code at checkout, the price changed to 29.99 — in other words, there was no rebate at all. No matter which photos I uploaded, I was informed there was low resolution. When I wanted to adjust a photo in which my granddaughter’s face was cut off at the bottom, I couldn’t. I am getting very frustrated with Shutterfly and seriously considering using a different app.
No good app
Alldeles för många av bilderna blir klassade med för låg upplösning, även bilder jag tagit med min iPhone X, och nikon d800. När jag valt 20 bilder för att gå vidare med fotoboken, stängs appen och allt blir borta. Har provat en 10-15 gånger nu. Svårt att hitta en bra fotoboksapp, och trodde lite på den här appen. Nu ger jag mig dock och söker vidare efter något annat!
Used to be good, please improve
This used to be a very useful app. I store most photos there and sometimes I order prints and books from the US to Sweden, works fine. The problem now is that Shutterfly seems to have removed any possibility to download photos that have been saved on their site which of course is terrible. Please fix and trust will return.
