Once of the worst mobile banking app ever developed i send money and its says failed after that it debits my money from account yet the receiver wont receive the money even when my internet is working fine it happened not once twice but more than 5 6 times one of the worst mobile banking app ever i regret my decision of choosing this bank. Wake and fix your app

Although I get message that my account is credited via message service but the amount is not shown in mobile banking. It’s very frustrating and irritating

This has happened to me so many time kaila 7days lagxa paisa return huna ta kaila 24 days ! Why are you guys so careless aru bank la ta yesto gardina ! Improved your service
