Description

Improve your flexibility and reduce muscle soreness so you can feel and be your best. As they say, consistency is the key to success, and our app stands out by getting you into a consistent routine with our habit-forming features.
BUILD LASTING HABITS
Having a stretch and recovery routine is only part of the battle. Actually doing it is what will drive long term results. That’s why our app has built in habit-forming features to set you up for success.
IMPROVE MOBILITY
Our guided classes will help you improve your flexibility and mobility. Your mobility dictates how well your body moves, and more mobility means you can squat better, kick higher and run faster. It puts your body in stronger positions allowing you to express your full athletic potential.
PREVENT INJURIES AND REDUCE MUSCLE SORENESS
Goodbye to sore muscles and having to “take a break” due to injuries. Use the Sidekick app to work your neck, back, lats, calves, arms, feet - basically any muscle! Got a sore back from all of that “remote work”? No problem! Get your body ready to workout so you don’t waste a single minute with sore or injured muscles.
PERSONALIZED TO YOU
Everybody is unique, and your recovery sessions should be unique to your body as well. Personalized sessions target areas where you need it most, allowing you to get the most out of your recovery time.
DE-STRESS AND UNWIND
Movement is medicine to the body. End your day with a restful session to wind down mentally and physically before sinking into a peaceful night of deep sleep.

Unreliable

App goes down for extended periods of time where it just hangs at the loading screen. Since Sept this is the 2nd 2+ week outage of the app. Support says they’re working on it and also states annual plans cannot be partially reimbursed. I’ve canceled my subscription and will not use this app .. which since it’s down I can’t if I wanted to.

BROKEN DO NOT SUPPORT THIS APP

This used to be a quality mobility app but now the features are so broken that it seems like whoever runs this company has completely given up on the app. I’ve saved several mobility and scraping sessions to correspond with my workouts and I’m not able to play any of them back so that feature is absolutely worthless and that was one of the main sellers of this app for me.

Easy to use & informative

This is the best mobility app. I’ve tried GOWOD and Wodproof to compare all recovery apps & really didn’t enjoy the experience due to the lack of narration i was rewinding constantly to ensure i was doing the exercises right and the timer starts before you get in position. This app doesn’t have those issues. I love that it also loops through exercises so i can set up the phone and strictly stretch/warm up etc. it also has recovery tools videos which is unique with how to scrape properly. I like the tracking system too, helps me stay consistent without too many extra features

FINALLY a warm up tool that works for me 🤩

If you’re like me, I’ve been constantly looking for a warm up tool that isn’t yoga. Before I workout I just open this app and press play! There’s a default program that I use but you can always change the settings. I do a quick 10 min warm up. If I’m feeling sore after my regular workout then I just do a cool down to relax my muscles. I’ve got to say, this is a time saver and an excellent way to have a great workout! Kudos to the developers!

You rock
