Everybody says this is only $10 a month and this is what I pay but now they want to charge me 1499. What a scam it’s even googled $10 a month. Why would they just scam me like this? I only want to have a standard plan that’s $9.99 a month, nobody will help fix this because I got a new phone. I kept the same number and everything will help.
Nicky from CS was great but a bit disappointed with Sideline. It actually goes down more often than many other text platforms. Also the company keeps zero records on billing. Hope it gets improved and fewer downtimes
This app use to be so good now it’s just becoming garbage. Whoever is the designer of this app needs to go back to school for usability. It’s definitely not here anymore on this platform. If I’m writing a message and I leave the app for a phone call or whatever it may be. why does it delete everything it should save to drafts so, you don’t lose the phone number of the client too.
You MUST give Sideline access to your contacts to change the ringtone. Read that again. That was confirmed by their tech support. Why would I like to keep my contacts from Sideline and whoever else they might share them with (intentional or not)? Because I hate all the junk I already get. It’s about trust. And that’s earned, not given easily in this day. Deleted app.
DO NOT SUBSCRIBE!! There is no way to cancel!! You have to cal Apple to get ride of it. They don’t give you a cancel option. I have to call Apple to get it off in the morning. Now I hope Apple is open during my my off time because I work off hours.
Perfect for work. You guys need to add the ability to mute conversations or mark things as unread.
I’ve been with the service since it was Index and have been paying for the service (which, granted, is great), but my CC recently expired and now for the pleasure of remaining a customer, I get a $10/month price-hike. That’s just ridiculous and bad business. I was told I would be grandfathered in on the $14.99/mo Pro plan. I’ll be looking for a new service. It’s too bad…
I had a very minor issue, which could have been easily resolved; not only did they not resolve it, but they would not assist me in getting a refund. Buyer beware!
This app works but when it fails and support only does text You cannot talk to anyone live on phone If they did this sure would save a lot of time going on over a week of texting back and forth and getting nowhere.
I just got this trial and I’m getting a lot of calls from strange numbers that aren’t telephone numbers so I’m unable to block them. One should be able to block any number regardless of format. Also, there is no schedule so you have to manually put everything to voice—so annoying. I don’t want calls after 5p nor in the middle of the night. I’m trying to get away from Conversation that took over SmartLine—which has been a nightmare no longer being able to text. But I may have to return to that rather than get the bombardment of strange calls from unidentifiable numbers that you can’t block. You are also more expensive than other types of 2nd lines with less features like being able to control your schedule.
