I have been playing this game for over 2 years. Yesterday I got a pop up that new version is available. I updated and all my progress in game has gone to zero. Really pathetic. Request the game owners to plz solve this.

The game is good but I have had issues like other players. Made an in app purchase resulting in no effect and money getting deducted from my bank account. Been trying to get in touch with game support as well as apple support no solution as of now ... such a frustrating gaming experience.
In authorised purchase
When I was trying to purchase something in the app yesterday only money got deducted from my account and I didn’t receive what I purchased. Instead extra money money got deducted and got invoice mail from iTunes saying that I purchased some more items. So help me what should I do. Or should I go for legal options.
Touch is horrible
The touch is horrible in menu it doesn’t even work please improve it will make a good hit
Still buggy
The game is good. But the bugs are still not rectified. I have an xsmax and it still has the stall issue as before.
