Sifely Smart Lock

I am unable to log into the application since last update kicked me out. I’ve reset password and it gives me a network error. Rendering the actual lock itself, useless. What a waste of time and money.

The app was great at first but now it has logged me out and won’t let me back in. I have deleted the app and redownloaded it and even changed the password and it will not work.

I’m trying to register the locks right now and it keeps saying “network error” but i have full bars. Is the app down right now?

Honestly why can’t one pause or deactivate a key fob?! My Admins can’t turn key fobs on and off. When they see unauthorized persons with that key! Why does this lock not use wifi?!! My Admins have to keep inputing dates to put key fobs in non valid! And why is the time in 24hr mode?! I’m not in the military! I wish I never got this lock! Absolutely horrible!

The lock is great, but the app is a letdown. Simple things are complicated or nonexistent in the app. For example; you cannot create a custom passcode for anyone else. You can generate a passcode for them, but it will be random numbers - if you attempt to change the numbers it will give an error.

Overall app is great! With the latest update I am unable to delete the notifications for each time someone activates a lock. I delete it and after a refresh it’s back. Fixing that and adding the ability for Apple wallet/HomeKit integration and it gets 5 stars!

App works great. Would love to see a shortcut integration so I could unlock my door when I get home using Apple’s Shortcut Automations!

This seems really good but I was away for 4 months and when I returned I couldn’t get in with my finger print. Good thing I travel with the key! I’m a bit nervous about sending someone else to stay and they not being able to get in with the code. So, I bought the gateway G2 to be able to unlock online but the app is not in the App Store to download. This presents a real problem for me. If this can’t be fixed I may have to ditch this and try a different manufacturer. I’m hoping to get help from customer service. Will write another review after for now only 2 stars!⭐️ ⭐️

I keep trying to change the 8 digit code to a 4 digit code. Everytime I do, it reads “Operation Failed” and the reason for the error makes no sense. I’ve tried over 10 times before it finally gives in to successfully change to the code I want. This is not the only function I’ve had to do a million times. I’m hoping they fix this as well as logging use of the smart lock. Otherwise, the product is good.

This is my first time buying this product! It may be a great product, but your app is very poor in regard to facilitate the understanding of the instructions given. Probably my last time.
