This app is complicated to install Not worthy. Is too simple. Doesn't gives you any information info. The kwh scale is wrong Verisicharge app server is not stable This charger is not worthly.

Connectivity is horrid. Always disconnects. Have to delete profile and reconnect within the app after every charge. Have newest Google WiFi. Buy a Tesla charger. I work for the company and they have to give this away.

Won’t scan the barcode when in broad daylight and plain view, takes FOREVER to connect, connection is trash and errors out, then when you come back the next time you get to do it all over again.

The new app has worked great for me over the past month, much improved look and functionality

The app and the wall unit are both just abysmal. Got this on a friend’s recommendation and we have both replaced our wall units since then. Stay far away.

Useless app

Unfortunately this app works about as well as JuiceBox which would connect either. When spending $700 on a device you should expect it to work out of the box. When you buy a TV you expect it to work? Right. Don’t count on this app working correctly and you’ll need to call tech support. Even though they won’t be able to do anything. Save yourself hours of frustration and disappointment. Just buy a WiFi LESS charger for your home.

I didn’t have the registration problems others saw. The app does give incorrect data on electricity usage and power level (max Amps). This is supposed to be a “high end” charger from a reputable company. I’m very disappointed.

I really don’t like to leave reviews like this but the text spills off the screen, the system messages don’t make any sense and the user interface is terribly designed. Siemens, please re-do this app, this is not the level of quality I would expect for a $500 ev charger that is of excellent quality.

I downloaded this app in hopes that with all the feedback the dev team could have fixed the issues. That is not the case here. At registration the app requires for the user to enter the zip code, however there is no zip code field.
