Cannot connect with my SKS refrigerator or range
No updates and it never opens. Very frustrating!
For such a high end fridge not being able to connect it this app is terrible. Whoever runs this team needs to be demoted or something
I have a Wi-Fi enabled fridge that the app won’t connect to and to diagnose any issue I have to use the phone’s microphone? Doesn’t work and pointless. Not only needs work but needs a purpose.
The application troubleshooting steps do not apply. The registration step completes 100%, so I know there is a successful internet connection, but the setup fails on the final application connection to the fridge.
Doesn't connect to fridge as the other comments say. Come on guys fix this app or take it down. This is ridiculous.
You dummies won’t even let me set the time. How do you not have that as a feature?!?!
This app does not work. We can get the setup to detect the refrigerator but it fails every time during the final registration step. We tried both the built in wifi option and the audible option. Need a lot of work! Totally useless.
I installed the App and created a new account. To login a confirmation email is sent to you but it never came. Even after a request for another confirmation email, still nothing came. The app can’t be used at this point.
Not too helpful. May be better if you have multiple applicants from SKS. Have the 36” gas cooktop only. No push alerts available if burner is on/off. Would be nice if that feature was available with option showing if burner was on for extended period of time. Also, instructions to connect to WiFi are incorrect on app and printed material. My model, UPCG3654ST, you must push hard on “WiFi” words on cooktop. Wait for beep then you can begin process of connecting to WiFi. There is no “button”, so it can be deceiving. Tech support concierge said design was to make for a cleaner look, but it just makes it confusing for the user. Tech support was helpful and said would deliver feedback to superiors and design team. App is good for knowing local weather for some odd reason, but not so good at monitoring/controlling/notifying info regarding the cooktop. I’ve got the Weather Channel app for local weather though.
