Escroquerie
J’ai voulu faire un essai par rapport aux 7 jours gratuits et je me suis retrouvé à payer un abonnement annuel de 106.99€ en « business », alors que je n’ai pas d’entreprise. Alors certes, je n’ai pas dû voir qu’il était mis automatiquement en business au vu de la mauvaise organisation de l’application, mais quand j’ai demandé un remboursement (dès le moment où je me suis aperçu qu’on m’avait prélevé 106.99€ immédiatement après que j’ai cliquer sur l’essai), on m’a simplement dit « non remboursable ». Et ça, malgré mes tentatives d’explication, surtout en sachant que je voulais faire l’essai pour seulement un document et non pas pour l’année entière. Application à éviter absolument.
