every time i open the app to do anything it gives me the loading bar that says please wait then crashes…

Had to use this app for a music event I was attending. Is this app a Ponzi Scheme? I learn immediately that creating a “studio” (an NFT) costs $20, and that you can only pay with cryptocurrency. What a joke. Then I pay for the in-app cryptocurrency thinking it’ll help me. And the currency never showed up despite me paying and refreshing the app. Confirmed with my bank that I was indeed charged. Fun fact: if you even just click the subscription tab, it’ll automatically subscribe you to the annual service without your consent. Fairly certain that’s a felony. Oh, and then when I try to re-open the app, it buffers for minutes at a time without ever starting. Additionally the interface is so backwards, why is the create studio feature tucked away under a bunch of tabs? The menu is very poorly thought out. Finally, now I can’t even get past the login point because the screen doesn’t register me touching the buttons. I wanted to give this app zero stars, but I guess the minimum allowed is 1.

I’m excited about what SIKI is looking to accomplish but this app is not ready yet. 1. The app is super slow - Every time I open the app everything else in my device come to a stop. Not only that my device becomes hot trying to run it. 2. Missing pages - Once the app launches, you’re taken to the “Feature” page. Today there was nothing on and was completely blank with the words “missing data” and had to relaunch the page to get it to work properly. - The menu isn’t super intuitive. As far as I can see, there are no genre pages to browse from. The only options I have to browse music is through featured and playlists. There’s no real smooth way to find styles of music that’s on the platform. I would have thought there would have been at least a tagging feature. 3. UI needs some help. I feel like the touch interaction isn’t organic. I feel like I’m touching an app from 2012. I know this is a bit direct and can be received the wrong way but that’s the way I can best explain it.
