Does not work with iOS 10.1
Used to be a great app. Untill I updated to iOS 10.1 The app is not even starting up anymore. It takes Silent Circle absurdly long to fix this problem. My subscription (and monthly costs) are going on, without I'm being able to use any function for what I'm paying
dissapointment
I have used the separate silent text and phone in the past. They worked fine. Now I have downloaded the new app with the two, phone and text, combined. Not able to add a passcode/touch ID. Not able to change accounts. A lot less configuration settings in general.. What has happened? Called helpdesk, they were able to tell me that since the last update a lot has changed. A lot of iPhone users are requesting the same things. I lost my subscription money already so I’ll give it a month.. After that, going to look for a replacement.
Too expensive
No clue how this app works. Downloaded it, in the info no costs are specified, and once you've downloaded it, it turns out you need a subscription of €8,99 (!!!) per month. That is insanely expensive so deleted it at once.

We have been utilizing Silent Circle for years. It has never failed me. All over the globe I traveled and relied on Silent Circle phone. It’s outstanding service and security.
On billing and billing pop ups
Hi. I recently switched the Silent Phone app from an iPhone to an android phone. Strangely to me, there are daily popups warning that the minutes for my phone calls are running out. I never got these messages on the iPhone, and I am still on the automatic debit/payment subscription. It makes me worry. Also, in viewing the Silent Phone app on the App Store, I noticed that the going monthly charge is now only around $9, I have been paying 11 something for several years. I would like your assistance to change me over to the lower billing cost.
