Silhouette Go

Well, you’ve upgraded the Silhouette Design Store (fixing something that was not broken) and that was (is….) a disappointment, now this little app really needs some fixing, please. Totally useless, very limited functions, or it might be my device…. iPad Pro?

Unable to cut larger than 24inch in length sizes with this new update:(

Can you please give us the option to set our own auto blade setting before cutting .your selections does not work.

Doesn’t cut in similar patterns to the PC version at all. Seems to go in reverse to the norm. Cutting speeds are totally different even when using identical settings. Did a few cuts on vinyl and they were littered with cutting errors which I have never experienced in two years of using my cameo.

I have to log in each time regardless if I check the box to remember me. Gets stuck when trying to add or edit font then the app suddenly quits. Terrible app.

Used on my iPhone. This app is beyond annoying to use.

I have used Silhouette Studio for years and I enjoy it. I have never ever been able to use the Silhouette go on my phone or my IPad. This is a major issue for me. So I rated it a 0 as I can not pull in my designs.

I needed a vinyl cutting machine for stickers and iron ons and a super crafty friend recommended this one. She said it was better than a Cricut. I’m pretty tech savvy but this thing has not been easy to learn. No preloaded designs. Everything has be to uploaded to the app and that isn’t intuitive. Wishing I’d have gotten the cricut.

Worst to use now. I just selected 4 designs and action page just hangs.

No word from customer service. I’ve tried every help forum solution I can find.
