My pick up order said complete and I waited another 20 mins … the app should track the status like it does for door dash so people are not standing and crowding in an already busy restaurant waiting on pick up orders.
You have to be extremely careful when selecting delivery vs pickup. As they use a third party service for delivery (as almost all do), they can’t assist without calling the customer care line. Also, you must be sure to click “add to order” and verify that it adds. We order often from multiple places but I find this app to not be user friendly. It default to pickup and if you pay- you must call customer service to ask for a cancellation/refund. This is not an indictment on the store or the quality of product- this is simply stating that this app is horrible and the UX is underwhelming and problematic.
This restaurant is a complete hit or miss. The food can be good, but the service is terrible. Just placed an order on November 3 for three items. They left one of the three items completely out of the order and replaced a gluten-free bun with gluten-free bread without even contacting us to let know. I don’t know if it’s the management who can’t speak very good English or the workers who obviously don’t know how to read orders but avoid this store at all cost every time we think they’ve changed and try them again. They’re just as bad if not worse.
I ordered online and got there within the 15minutes they said in App, the waiter said it wasn’t ready but would let me know as soon as my order came out. After 15 -20 more minutes I asked and sure enough it had been sitting there for at least 20 minutes, I should have requested a refund or for my order to be remade but didn’t want to wait another 20 minutes. My fries are cold, the turkey on my sandwich is also cold and the pita bread is saggy. Not sure will be ordering take out from there again.
Summery: delete this app and just order using the website. Don’t bother with this app. Would not let me log in using my existing account. Crested new account, completed my order and said I was missing address, but provided no way to enter it. Restarted app at was able to add in my address, redid order and entered. Now it says the delivery order is complete, but still no food. It it on the way? I have no clue.
Not only has the food in Columbia been excellent on many occasions, but our server Juan was an absolute delight! Nikki, the manager, was also extremely warm and friendly…an all around delightful experience! CB
Please revise this app to allow customers to indicate if there is a food allergy. Every time we place an order through the app, we have to call the restaurant, and much d feats the purpose of having an app. I’ve made this request before. If you’re not sure of what I’m suggesting, check out the First Watch app.
Always the best delivery and consistent high quality, great tasting food from the Woodmore location. We’ve also eaten at that location, and the service was great.
Only logs in about 1/2 the time, returns a server error. Website works better.
