This app has so many marker’s marks. I buy a lot of jewelry and this app has been very helpful in saving me time I don’t have to research on the internet as much.

This app is a joke

It is not user friendly

Can’t search with taking a picture!! That’s why I PURCHASED this app. So then I tried searching very simple clear letter markings and no matter what I put on this silver piece this app always say “no results found” Don’t waste your time. You’ll get more info on your item searching on the internet FOR FRE!!

Great app, more resources than you’ll find in other places (websites, most singular books). However, I wish they’d update their catalog. The search functionality is great once I figured out I had to uninstall and reinstall for it to not crash. Modern marks would be great to include!

Ridiculous that you won’t show any markings unless you pay!!!! Allow the basics for free at least!!

I have tried to delete this app, but it does not show up anywhere in my iPhone listing of current apps, nor in any deep search of the phone itself… Apparently I have simply signed up for a dollar a week and now cannot turn it off. I have contacted the website twice now asking for instructions on how to turn it off and quit paying for it, but to no avail. Additionally, the button at the end of the FAQ section where you can get help doesn’t work, so I can’t get help that way. Best of luck. Bad! If I could give it less than 1 star I would.

I have had this app for years, certainly don’t use it enough to pay $52 a year. You can’t even look at the “Updates “ to see if it is worth the money. Great Job, killer inflation and you want this much money now.

Can’t really look at nothing unless you upgrade. Can’t search nothing unless you upgrade so really it’s not any good did you even try it out cause you can’t drive out unless you upgrade
