Had issues with my signing up then paid and then some reason that account is closed and then tried again paid again just so I could catch up with a person only the the person is gone . So I want a refund and check on the other account. Getting no one to answer

I’ve had some experience with dating sites. I was very impressed with the “intake” and profile questions. Much more in depth than any other site. It took over 24 hours to approve my photo which was frustrating since the clock was already ticking on my subscription. I also thought the payment plan was confusing since they display a monthly cost but bill you in full right away. Most of my contacts so far are from other states even though I preferred no further than 50 miles from where I live (I would have preferred even closer but that was not an option. I really don’t want to date someone who lives even an hour away.)The app seems easy to use. Just got started so more to come…..

“Have you meet”. They show age, location and a photo!!!! That’s what you get when you PAY for membership! OurTime shows the whole profile if you pay membership. Silver Singles needs to step up!!! If it doesn’t change soon - I’m canceling membership.

You should let clients especially paid clients like I am do searches. Like for example I only wanna date people in the state of New Jersey or within a 30 mile radius. Your matching meet up with people all over the place. Why won't you let people do searches? I would never have joined if I known that !

I was flagged for stating I don’t tolerate abuse in any form. I had to conform to what they allowed me to state. As a woman why can’t I stand up for myself and state my standards??? I’m not comfortable with that and decided to delete my account. I tried on the app. The app stated I needed to delete it on the website. The website said I needed to cancel my premium membership first. I cancelled my membership. I went to delete my account and it told me again, I need to cancel my premium membership. I waited a few days and the same thing. I reached out to customer support by email, explained what was happening and requested that my account be deleted. I received a response back from someone named Shree with instructions to do the SAME THINGS I have already done. They are clearly refusing to delete my account as requested. I responded to the email requesting they delete my account and explaining AGAIN what’s going on. If my account is not deleted as requested in writing, I will pursue legal action

I am a real person and I joined this dating site recently. I got blocked immediately and they said my identity is inconsistent. I’m the most real human being in this planet and I even sent them my driver’s license and I am even searcheble online. Nobody has answered me after I sent them my ID. They don’t know what they are doing.

I found this to be the exact same app as Elite Singles and that one was a dumpster fire in a swamp of toxic sludge. I didn’t give this app any money and deleted it as soon as I saw it is the same platform, that it pulled in my info from the other app, and that the blurry faces matched those of people on Elite. DO NOT give this company your hard-earned money. They create garbage and they do not have enough of a user base to make it worth your time.
