Bei iPhone funktioniert überhaupt nicht. Und bei Androide auch nicht besonders funktionieren.

Welcome to the SIM ID Check-in App of Lebara Retail.
Express registration: Lebara retailer who has an access to Lebara retail portal can easily do the required ID registration of new Lebara SIM cards by using the SIM ID Check-in App. Please hold ready the SIM package and the ID card of the customer.
Express registration only in four steps:
1. Scan the SIM barcode sticker
2. Scan the ID
3. Check / modify if necessary
4. Activation of the SIM card
Our advice: Write down the phone number and email address of the customer so that we can get in touch with them in case of questions etc. To use the App you need your own access to the Lebara retail portal. Before you start with the registration you have to read the trainings instructions and to pass the test.

FIXT EURE APP ENDLICH
Mit iOS 16 geht nix mehr seit Monaten kann man nicht ordentlich aktivieren weil die Kamera App spinnt! Wollt ihr neue Kunden oder nicht? Dann arbeitet dran!
Unbrauchbares Desaster
Das Scannen von SIM Barcodes und ID Dokumenten funktioniert null (iPhone 12 Pro Max). Bei manuellen Eingaben wird die Registrierung abgelehnt, weil angeblich kein Lichtbilddokument vorhanden sei. Als Händler kann ich so keine Lebara SIM verkaufen!

Stürzt ständig ab👎 Und wenn es nicht abstürzt, erkennt es viele Dokumente nicht. Deutsche und Rumänische Dokumente erkennt es ohne fehler andere nicht. Überarbeitung notwendig…

Die App ist wirklich gut gelungen. Sehr einfach zu bedienen, blitzschnelle Aktivierung. Die Aktivierung ist dank diese App viel einfacher als vorher. Die App wird täglich bei uns genutzt. Es gab bis heute keine Probleme (iPhone 7). Andere Netzbetreiber können sich hier gerne inspirieren lassen. Vielen Dank Kiez-Mobile

SCHLECHT SCHLECHTER AM SCHLECHTERSTEN Die blöde App saugt zuviel am Akku und kann nicht mal bei den Scans die Dokumente finden. (Ein Stern nur deshalb weil mindestens einer gegeben werden muss) normalerweise würde ich -5 Sterne geben aber das geht leider nicht)
