Absolutely the WORST eSIM app—total scam, horrible service, and a waste of money!**
If I could give this app **zero stars**, I would. This is hands down the most **unreliable, laggy, and broken** eSIM service I have ever used. The eSIM doesn’t activate properly, and when it does, it constantly **disconnects, lags, or just flat-out stops working** for no reason. You’ll be left stranded with no data, and guess what? **Good luck getting any help.**
The customer service is **beyond atrocious.** They take **forever** to reply, and when they finally do, they just send the same **copy-pasted garbage responses** over and over again without actually helping. They’ll ask you the same **useless** questions repeatedly, even when you’ve already answered them. And when you call them out on it? **They either ghost you or leave you on "delivered" for hours or even DAYS.** Rude, unprofessional, and completely incompetent.
It’s obvious that they don’t care about their customers at all. They take your money and leave you stranded without a working connection, then act like it's **your fault** when their garbage system fails. **DO NOT waste your time or money on this scam of an app.** There are plenty of better options out there—this one deserves to be shut down.

اشتريت بيانات لدولة الكويت على شبكة زين ولم تعمل الشريحه وحاولت اشغلها بشتى الطريق ولم تعمل وحاولت اتواصل مع الدعم الفني في التطبيق ومايفتح لا في الكويت ولا في السعوديه للاسف راحت فلوسنا على خالي بلاش
