Easier to use through the app. I did have trouble with the one I bought online, so if you haven’t purchased it yet, download the app first and purchase through there. It won’t work in the app if you buy it from the website. My eSIM I bought directly through the website did not work, but I only needed a small one so I purchased one again through the app and it worked fine.
Sims are awesome for travel super easy to use!

Preparing to go to Italy soon and venturing into eSIM land for the first time.
