$29 is their lowest tier plan and it’s per month. While I don’t mind paying for an app, you absolutely can’t do anything with this app until you pay. I’ll pass.

The three pictures layout is incompatible with giff and other layouts, so clients cannot choose the layout they want. I purchased and reached out to customer service. After they informed me of this incompatibility minutes after my purchase, I requested a refund and cancelled and they completely ignored me. Very bad customer service. Waste of money and time.

It will ask you to crest acc then tell you to purchase it if not it signs you out. DONT DOWNLOAD

Every time we’ve tried to update the filter setting for our gallery, it crashes and closes. Cannot get it to do what we need for the wedding.

I’m giving this app 3 stars because when it works it is really good. I have had 4 events where bugs in the app ruined my clients experience. Whenever there are updates there are BUGS. All kinds of glitches. I tried to give up on the app but I really like the features, so I keep coming back. Today at my event it kept randomly performing updates to the app and would not stop. I eventually had to use an alternative app. Bummer! I get home perform the update and it “appears” to be okay. I don’t trust any of their updates. I have another event coming up and I hope this app doesn’t fail me. The development team needs to beta test better before pushing out! Too many bugs in updates. Good app that needs stability!!! I’m giving it one more chance.

We used this app for the first time at our wedding. The app is amazing. Everyone loved it. The only con I have about the app is that it doesn’t have the ability to create or customize your own filter/overlay with your own picture.

Compared to other programs it’s limited and their support is not very helpful when starting out. Use interface and help docs are not easy to use for 1st timers.

One of those big family events that you can’t do over. There was no up date during setup or before the event started. Simple Booth wants to do an update during a event event and I don’t get any of my photos. Very disappointed on this matter. Can’t get any of this back. They need to create some type of back up when this happens to customers so they don’t lose any of there photos.

What a waste of time, makes you sign up first before releasing the price and no trial period.
