All meal plans come with a description related to the specific diet and lifestyle.
SUBSCRIPTION
SimpleFit is free to download and offers three premium subscriptions, monthly, annually, and lifetime. All options include a 7-day trial. SimpleFit Premium provides full access to the app including all meal plans and recipes.

Pague $52 dólares por la subscription por un año por la oferta que tenían. Pague y la application aun está bloqueada, no puedo ver las recetas ni nada. Le escribí para que me ayuden y no me an contestado para arreglar el problema o devolverme mi dinero.

No hay nada nuevo
La verdad no se como puede haber una app así que cobran tanto por la suscripción, hace 15 días me inscribí a esta app pero solo veo que las recetas y ejercicios, se repiten ósea que tengo que tomar el mismo desayuno para casi todos los días, creo que yovana debería de preocuparse un poco más en crear nuevo contenido, no me gusto para nada espero la devolución del dinero perdido.

Super fácil de usar!
Me encantó lo fácil que es navegar en la aplicación, todo me queda súper claro! Empecé con los videos gratis y me están encantando. La verdad se nota el trabajo que le han puesto a esta aplicación y agregar las clases nuevas da motivación para hacerlas. Además mucho más barato que ir al gym y en la comodidad de tu casa o si viajas etc.
