HIITとは、高負荷の運動と休息を繰り返すインターバルトレーニングのことです。
セット数(ROUND):1~20 回
運動時間(WORK):5~60 秒
休息時間(REST):5~60秒
以上の3つの選択肢を選ぶだけで、すぐにトレーニングを開始することができます。
タイマー以外の機能はありませんので、トレーニングに集中したいときにご利用ください。
