Really great app, easy to use, and it’s functions are good design for the weight record.
I’ve used this app since 2013, so about 7 years. I love it! Its super quick and easy to use. Just open the app, type weight, press ok. Done. It has the option write in notes, or rate your meal and exercise 1-4, (you decide what those rates mean). You can write in all those notes after you’ve logged your weight. Anyways, it shows ALL your weight data on a continuous line graph. You have the option to view the graph by day, week, month, 90 days, 180 days, 1 year, and 3 years, and you can scroll to see more of your data. Oh, you can have a target weight and it will appear as a dotted line on your graphs and when you input your weight a banner at the top tells you how much weight you’ve lost or gained since the last time you logged weight and it also tells you how close you are to your target weight. Anyways its super easy and great, and i love having so much data on it so i can see how my weight changes, and even recognize some patterns.
It’s a great and easy tool to keep tracking my weight.
I’m a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) and a Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE) and I’m always looking for simple and easy to use, yet detailed weight tracking apps that display overall trends. Out of ~40+ that I’ve tried this one is definitely my favorite. I use it myself and recommend it to my patients that like using apps to keep track of their weight (some people still like paper). I completely agree with the app developer on the importance of looking at weight change trends. Looking at a weight at one point in time isn’t very valuable whereas trends are key to showing both short and long term success or it might show that you need to consider making a change, come up with a plan or reevaluate the current plan. It’s easy for people to look at a graph trend and see the big picture. A list of numbers isn’t as easy to comprehend. I also love the automatic BMI calculation. Most people don’t know how to calculate their BMI. Overall, this app is amazing. You can change what it looks like - I wish the app icon would change to the one I chose for the inside (wood isn’t cute at all). Another thing I love is the little Kawaii bear and how colorful the app is. The keypad where you type your weight is huge and easy to see. This app is SOOO easy to use, there’s pretty much nothing you need to learn since it’s self explanatory. It works great, it’s fast and I’ve never had any problems with it. I love that you can go back and enter previous weights and the date, etc. You can put notes in too - for ex: if you entered your weight for the day and your goal is weight loss. If today’s weight is up a few pounds from last week - you can put a note in as to why it’s up or what you think may have caused it to increase. For me, one time mine went up several pounds and I knew it would bec I’d just gotten back from vacation and wasn’t eating as healthy as I normally do so thankfully I put that in the note and if I ever need to look back and wonder why my weight went up, I can click on it and my notes pops up. I also use the notes section for tracking my temperature, blood pressure and oxygen saturation. Also if you weighed yourself on a different scale (at the gym vs at home or the doctors office, etc. you can put that in the note too). This is SUCH a nice feature :) Overall I highly recommend this app. It’s the best I’ve used and I love it so much! Recommendations for the developer: •Can you please let me add another person (technically my cat). I’m keeping track of h
I've used this app off and on for years because I like the simplicity of it. It feels private. I would like a function that reminds you to weigh in at a certain time.
Since I lost my favorite app WeightBot, I’ve been searching for a simple, easy-to-use app. This fits the bill perfectly. So simple. No fancy, over-the-top bloated junk. Just simple and easy. Overall cute design, too. Thank you!
