Simplepin for Pinboard

One of the first Pinboard apps I tried. Hasn’t been updated in a long time, but still does everything I need it to from my phone

This app works great, but it seems like it was made pre iPhone 10 and therefore the window size is smaller than my phone’s screen. I hope the developer picks this up again and writes an update to fit it on current iPhones. It would also be nice to have dark mode, and an option to NOT open things in reader view automatically.

Good, simple, and does what I expected it too. Not sure how I could expect any more from a free app

Doesn’t work. Can’t save a web page to my pinboard.

Does a few things extremely well. If you want a simple and very capable app for pinboard, this is the best to start with and it may be all you ever need. Well done.

Works and is super simple to use. Not sure why the developer buried the tag field in the options tab but it’s no big deal. For being a free app, it works and allows you to save bookmarks to your pinboard account easily. I thank the developer!

I love this app. I was using the bookmark version for Safari, but now that there’s a share extension, I use the app exclusively. The only thing I’d change is the ability to add tags in the first pop up instead of going to options. Thank you for making such a great app, and for free too!

Pinboard is a joy, and this app lets me use pinboard on the iPad, so I thank the author. There is a usability issue in my opinion: you have to go to the options screen to tag an item, and then return to the home screen to then post the tag. Having it all on the initial screen would be simpler, perhaps. This is the best free pinboard client, but I ended up moving to Pinner because of the aforementioned two-screen inconvenience.

Super simple and handy, works great!
