I love the game but I wanted to buy king, so I got a ten dollar gift card but when I went to buy it, it said I need 13 dollars instead, this is most likely because I live in Canada but still

Cannot find app support
Excellent game. I love it. It’s a relaxing blast. Which I need right now I have a support question which I need to post here. I’m stuck on the first quest. Every time I do the first quest, I’m fighting ghosts. I need one more bat, but bats are not forthcoming. It feels like I levelled past bats. Is that possible.
Promising but can’t progress
I’m stuck on a quest that requires me to have a fire robe in my backpack (which I have) yet it’s not registering it. The combat and shop system is fun, but I don’t see myself playing it if I can’t progress.
Super fun!
It’s easy to pickup and play that’s my favourite part. New bug with last update, game centre notifs are endlessly repeating even after I force quit.
