16 pro max
Do not buy from this company. Even though I had purchased several cases from them I trusted that they would make another good product for the 16 pro max. I was wrong. First off I paid for priority shipping 5-7 business days. 2 weeks later I got the case. I also added a tip of 20 % when I placed my order. Amazing how many companies demand tips these days. The 16 pro max case has these notches cut into the top and bottom of the case that are not needed. I contacted the company in regard to this. And let me tell you they do not want to hear from you. You cannot call them and they have a chat feature that most times is not active. Their response was that this new design is part of their ghost series. That does not explain the notches. Also when questioned about the shipping delay I was told they did not anticipate the amount of orders for this. Really ? It’s an I phones. This was an anticipated model since it was introducing a lot of new features. So poor planning on their part means poor customer service and inconvenience on my part ? Then they will spam your email account and you are unable to unsubscribe unless you write them. Write them ? Seriously ? They also sent me an email to leave a review on my latest product. I hit the link and it was broken. Can’t leave a review. Imagine that. I have never seen a company that goes out of its way to NOT communicate with its customers. I bought from them again because I had a good experience with the first couple items. But now seeing the poor customer service and them ignoring my requests I suggest to anyone else to buy elsewhere. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
