Can’t Log In
I love Simply Salad and have an account on their app. Easy to order and convenient. However, I’m unable to log in now. It keeps prompting me to download the new app (which I already have) when I try to reset my password (even though I know I enter the correct one). Simply Salad, please fix this! I would love to keep supporting you AND get access to my rewards! Or make it possible to redeem promo codes and rewards on your website🥲 Hoping they find a solution soon!

It’s a decent amount of salad and protein. I feel full during the day. Very tasty as well. You should try it out and see for your self
No password reset/ font size no user friendly
2nd time with a non user friendly issue. Here are the take always: 1.Too many mixed font sizes and banners from making a easy choice from necessary prompts. 3.spacing along the ap after the menu is hard to read. 2. Password reset only guided me to download the ap and I was lucky to remember my password 3. Sauce choices is on the bottom when all other aps make you pic the sauce first.

I tried to redeem the $5 off coupon for my first online order. As soon as I put in my payment info, the app charged me full price.

Don’t sign as a guest, they don’t take guest orders. Then you have to do everything over! Food is great!

Please fix
New app is trash
New app completely forgot my account info and reset email doesn’t come through. Staff always forget my side toppings when I order for pickup. Great food. Service meh.
