POOR BUSINESS APP AND CUSTOMER SERVICE
I was a new customer and have tried so hard to be patient with the boutique and the app. First I did an order for the first time. I was paying through PayPal and it said my order was confirmed. Well then I went back to see what all I ordered it showed no order. Then I was trying to get on a live show. It said this token has been blacklisted. I kept trying over and over. So nothing. I then contacted them on Facebook messenger. They said well it wasn’t showing anything ordered. So I went and did another account and ordered again the things I wanted the first time. My order went through and PayPal even shows payment. But when I go to check my account. Nothing shows up and the same thing. But this time I have proof of payment. But no proof of my order or any type of transaction on the boutique app. I keep writing them and I do everything they say and nothing is getting straightened out. So I am now fed up. The app doesn’t even show a support contact for issues or customer service contact information. I do not recommend them or their app. I am ready to submit them to the business bureau too. Because it’s going on 3 weeks and I am not getting any good feedback with this place. I feel like if I write you and you have my information that I give. You should be able to definitely have answers for me and not tell me to look myself. That is not very business like. Especially when I keep writing about the same issues. Sorry for such negative review. But if you can’t take care of your customers and answer the questions with the needed information. Then you need to work on your customer service badly. I have worked in retail several years and I never treated my customers with disrespect. That’s how I feel I am being treated. VERY SAD I don’t think they deserve any stars
