Excellent for beginners! Especially the sun salutation practice makes it easier with each repetition. Drenched me sweat!
Good for beginners
A wonderfully planned workout. Gets me pumped up each time. Be it the 20mins, 40mins or 60mins workout, never boring and gets me sweating buckets! What I love most is how each pose is explained well including the benefits of the pose. My favourite yoga app! -Lynn, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia-
