This app is great. I was looking for a letter press style design app and this is the only one I could find. Just my luck, it is incredibly feature rich and I am able to make great looking posters and designs relatively quickly. It’s definitely a one trick pony, but it does that one trick really really well.
No matter what I type, it keeps reverting back to "sample text." This app is awesome on my Macbook, my iPad, but not for my iPhone 6s+. Such a bummer.
Not user friendly navigation. I went thru a lot of the tutorials and the whole app is limited. Looks like they need a serious update.
Used to love using this app to create new designs for my business. Haven't used it in a year, but now can't even get it to open...it just freezes at the title screen. Is anyone maintaining this app or is it dead in the water?
I really love all that you can do on this app, and it worked fine the first several times I used it. However, now I can't use it without it crashing within a minute of opening the app. Even deleting the app and re-downloading didn't help. Please fix this problem because this app's capabilities are really good.
Double tapping the sample text should bring up the keyboard. Interface is not very responsive and frustrating to achieve anything.
This is a great app with many options to create cool vintage and grungy artworks. Controls are easy to use and the interface is packed with design styles. Might like to see border options for the photos (options to add borders when the photo is being edited) but it's easy to add line elements around them.
Simpler to use than LetterMPress, yes, But even after paying for higher resolution output and the fonts, I discovered that I can do better, more interesting work with much more versatility and total control over the output with the tools I already have on my computer. I guess that's why letterpress has died out… this needs many more fonts and way more versatility to be useful at all. Sorry now that I paid for the extra stuff.
Hello from one of your old Kickstarter backers who's really happy you made a simpler, faster version of LetterMpress for us non-designers to play with. Good work!
