The app will not allow me to sign in, reset password, or even create another account

App commonly doesn’t check me in at the station automatically even though phone is set up to do so. Similarly, I can drive by on a road 200 ft away from the station and the geofence will see it and check me in on the weekend. Check in at the station is similarly unreliable and won’t work a good portion of the time too. As a worker this is so much worse than a card swipe. Stick to simple and reliable if you have the choice.

My employer utilizes this app for building authentication, ever since installing this app i need to charge my phone to times a day. The app developer need to see if they can address this concern

Now auto check works randomly. The app makes you go through the questionnaire every time now (vaccine status, if you have a gun, etc.). Finally, why can’t we use watch or the Sine App to get access to doors, buildings, etc.? Huge step down from Vector! I thought Honeywell bought this to make it better / more customizable for Honeywell!

Use the app everyday.

What a pain, what a pain crouch down to work and stand back up and you’re checked out, sometimes I was in the middle of the geofenced area and it wouldn’t let me check in. Then it demands quite a bit of your access to your privacy so it’s a system setting before and after work. If I had to deal with this on a standard weekly job instead of this one 10 day gig I’d be a disgruntled employee. Best I have to say is I can delete it now.

We are required to use Sine Pro fir work now. I haven’t moved from my office but I’ve been asked 9 times since I got here 6 1-2 hours ago if I’m leaving and do I want to check out. It’s a pain in the derrière.

We are currently using the APP and SINE Pro. From an Emergency Management scenario I would not be relying on it. It has to be managed very closely for a visitors, contractors and even staff. It is not a set an forget.

Garbage

I don’t like that you have to set tracking to always, invasion of privacy & always getting notifications when driving past sites your not going to. I know you can change tracking in settings but is another thing you have to do when getting to site. Woolworths sign in app used to be the same until they received a lot of backlash from users about privacy & had to change it. Why does Sinepro need to track users while not onsite? Also you cannot see if you are inducted at a site before you get there. Can you add the function so you can see current sinepro inductions when your not in the geofence. Please have a look at how Rapidinduct do there app , it actually works & is simple & doesn’t track you constantly & drain your battery.
