Haven’t reply to my issues! And many says it is a scam! Damniitt!!

I’d give a 5 star if there’s free or lower shipping. I find shipping too expensive especially if only buying one item.

There are some good stuff to get from Singsale. Only problem is expect almost a month time to receive items.

The vouchers and emails are in the app, and they disappeared. As a consumer, you have no records and no way to verify them. Not fair.

Hi, I’m really enjoyed purchase the goods in Singsale, in fact most of my items I bought from Singsales for years. Can I suggest there is membership? And this year the delivery cost is quite high and I hope Singsale can consider the lower price of delivery in year 2022. Happy New Year Singsale!

Beware of shopping cart, the shipping fees are not stated. And there are no check out option. So if accident happens and u clicked the pay button, the order was made.

The app keep crashing

The product range is good but is pricey sometimes.The delivery takes a bit long but that’s ok.

Good job on improving the app tremendously and also with the quality of the items sold on the platform. You really might want to consider hiring a professional UI/UX design company though, in this day and age shabby app design is very glaringly obvious. The new carousel banner is ugly and serves not much purpose. The favourites dont work if the item is not on sale, but how would the customer know that? Hire designers from the Philippines; they’re good and affordable.
