SiteCapture Mobile

I use SiteCapture every day for work. It is a flexible application. You can adjust it to do whatever you need it to do and if there are ever any issues the support team is always there to spearhead the issue and get it resolved. I Highly recommend the app for any SFR/MFR applications.

We use SC for Solar site surveys and system completion information. It is a well designed app, works very well and customer support is top notch. They are very quick to respond and are very knowledgeable. They also roll out updates frequently and are always making things easier, faster and more reliable. Way to go SC team!

I don't understand how every update can make the app worse and worse

We’ve been using SiteCapture for solar site surveys for a couple of years. It’s the best survey and photo capture software we’ve used with our solar field teams. Really easy to organize data and share back to the office.

Awful

I’ve used my share of form fill software. This one is not very good compared to others. While it has a lot of solar focused forms that might be a big win for solar companies initially, other forms apps are light years ahead of this app. Web client is dated and confusing to navigate. Mobile app the form portion I think works decently. But there clearly has been no investment to improve the sync process or overall optimization. Our crews are always riddled with sync problems. Like other reviews say below always keep your photos on your phone. Because you can never tell what this app is doing and when it will work or not.

Not good app. Problems constantly with syncing, photos uploading and choices, fields details. Takes long time to function.

Never works Got an new iphone to use but app doesn’t load up any jobs up and takes forever to pop up any photos still have to ise my android for this app instead needs an update of something

This app is absolutely horrible. It is a complete waste of time. Never ever upload a photo straight through the app. Save every photo and hold onto them, because this app will (delete them, not upload them, and just make it impossible for others to see the photos) Even if both viewers refresh the app. EVERY SINGLE JOB IVE DONE IN THE PASSED MONTH HAS HAD TO HAVE EVERY SINGLE PHOTO UPLOADED AT LEAST TWICE.

We love using SiteCapture for our field crews - we do our safety logs, change order requests and damage reports. No more chasing pictures from texts or waiting a week for the right information on change orders. This has reduced my time on the road driving to each job site because I can see what’s going on each morning.
