Здравствуйте! Сделайте пожалуйста на тренировки видео, очень не удобно. Делаешь упражнения 7 минут а потом читаешь правильно делал или нет не понятно. Вам же это выгодно, сняли один раз видео- увеличили продажи приложения в разы! Даже цену можно будет поднять, так как ценность продукта станет выше! Оценка 4, будете развивать приложение, поставлю 5!

Прошёл полный курс за январь. Пресс стал рельефным и проявленным.

Прошёл полностью программу, очень действенно, результат сильно порадовал. Спасибо!
Системное приложение
Так как я даже больше месяца посвятил упражнениям, напишу развёрнутый отзыв. Пресс у меня и раньше был хорошим, но в 18-19 у меня был рельефнее, чем сейчас, в 21. Я для интереса периодически фоткался в зеркало, результат был, но фото до/после почти ничем не отличается)) за питанием я особо не следил, но старался максимально правильно питаться. Итог: рельеф слегка прибавился. Под конец упражнения стало сложновато делать и гораздо больше времени занимает. Мне интересно, возможно и насколько улучшение пресса при систематических занятиях 2-3 р/нед, или прогресс будет стоять на месте. В любом случае, разработчики постарались. Хорошее приложение, чтобы привести себя в форму и наставить на дальнейший путь тренировок. Однозначно стоит своих денег.
