My wife and have been long time visitors to Six Senses resorts (Thailand, Vietnam & Oman) and the experience was enhanced by the release of this app. Ordering room service, spa treatments and general communication with the GEM were all effortless. Just remember to request your room pairing code at check-in. The recent update now sees a daily alert that an image has been received only for the app to fail to launch.
Sorry Six Senses, but this is broken. In resort hosts say the same. The app knows I’m in my room, somehow, but with 1 email address (typed correctly) I’ve never received a verification message after repeatedly requesting one. I did get a message to my other email when I registered with that, but from the email link the app tells me I need to verify again so I can’t actually access the app. Frustrating and wasted time on a magical holiday.
A great app, with easy to use features. So useful after you arrive at the resort..
