Can’t sign in properly

I can’t find the schedule. When I go into the Sixthman app. This is what I see.

Fantastic Voyage! Our group of 8 world travelers throughly enjoyed cruising with all the great singing and playing groups! Sixthman did a great job!

The cruise with all of the artists was a no brainer. It was fantastic. But, Sixth Man made it perfection. They were just as spectacular. One person, in particular, Brock, seemed to be everywhere whenever we did have a question. He was amazing. Everyone at Sixthman took a personal interest towards every question or concern. I will definitely follow the Sixth Man name and probably wouldn’t take another cruise without them. Is there any talk or any chance of this cruise taking place again? I wouldn’t change a thing. Please get The Beach Boys back for another cruise. I want to bring my family and friends. Thanks again for everything! Russell Lodarek cabin 11512

App is slow to respond to information from the menu, when looking for itineraries, there are none, if you are requesting time off and you do not receive an itinerary until 14-21 days before an event, or announce special guests to me it means poor planning. I want to make sure that when we decide upon a trip it is a good fit for us. If there are special events, I do not want to rush around 2 weeks before to coordinate things. This is not your first Old Movie Cruise, the tab for previous events does not function, you can’t see previous events or itineraries. Dinner is seated as first or second, I asked about specialty restaurants and was given a link to FAQ. I called the number provided by the website and spent hours on hold to be told they would call me back, but there was no staff working on that day. I was on hold for hours. This would have been nice to know upfront. I left my number and I never received a call back. Planning and communication should be at the front of your mission to make people feel comfortable traveling with your firm No available itinerary No special guests announced No humans to speak with An online BOT is not communicating Texting is not communicating Sending a link which was previously read and did not provide the specific information is not communicating

The sixman group has been exceptionally helpful with every question answered for our trip

Awesome Blues Cruise. So many performers you can’t see them all. The choices are incredible. The organization it takes to put this cruise on is difficult to grasp. Great job!
