Как крашилось при запуске, так и крашится после последнего обновления, iOS 13.2.2

iphone7 (12.1); sjcam m20 - app stops (crashes) video downloading on background or auto lock on download process is too long. - sometimes app lose camera connection - video stream is terrible, it just hungs on trying to play
No photos and videos in iPhone library
iPhone 6, iOs 9.3.2, after dawnloading photos and videos visible only in app, but not in device library. As a resalt - can't be shared with somebody or saved to device. PLEASE FIX IT!!!!

Please, make visible photos and videos in the application! It's not convenient to see the name of the file(photo or video) instead of the picture, when you want to download it on you're device!((( Please, fix this!!!
