Как включить озвучивание? Оно работает один раз из 20

Озвучка не работает

Перестала работать голосовое озвучивание сказок, переустановка приложения не помогла, купил приложение и жаль, что не можем прослушивать сказки?!

А можно просто слушать сказку, а не бесконечно перелистывать картинки для продолжения рассказа? Аудио - это не видео! Какой смысл смотреть в экран на «обездвиженных персонажей»?
