App kept crashing

Why is it the app kept crashing, why so unstable while using the latest iPad? Keep so long the app is still so unstable. How come sketchup?

I wanted to subscribe but

As much as I wanted to use this ‘app’ for real work… It constantly logs out and needs internet connection to login again, even to view a file. Great tool for viewing skp files even very large skp files If I logged in ‘before’ I meet the client but I’m just annoyed with the constant login requirement and the inability to open multiple files on my M2 iPad Pro (16GB ram) is a deal breaker for me. In its current form I’ll stay away from paying for it but i’ll pay for viewing only if I don’t have to login. Thats about what it can do, did I mention that it logs out EVERYTIME!

Wasted my money

My subscription stop working due to some issue with Apple “hidden email” after 3 months. Support team unable to help in any matter. Apple don’t give refund… Buy at your own risk.

App Crashes All The Time

Can hardly get things done while it crashes all the time even with the latest iPad. Till this version is stabilized, it should never be charged! Waste of our time and money.

Stability issues

Big files tend to crash when orbit or panning. Even with the M1 chip, a simple push and pull motion will take a few seconds to activate. Palm rejection is non existent. Keyboard shortcuts only works from time to time. It will take a lot of work to polish the current state. Stick to the desktop version if you want to get any real work done.

Maximum file size

Tomtribute on

Would be helpful if the file size issue is addressed and improved, or at least let us know what the maximum file size. Otherwise, it is painful and pointless that we cannot use what we paid for.

No Dropbox link but still can use iCloud and local

koksing1977 on

Bought it many months ago and now it is free. Felt cheated. Never mind. Was able to open file from my Dropbox when I bought it previously and now can’t. What’s wrong with this apps! :( Work around will be export Dropbox file to iCloud and open from there. At least still working now. Still worth 4stars for me. :)

Felt like my money is throw into the sea

zenlau95 on

Paid for this app because I wanted to increase my productivity. In the day the feature to connect to Google Drive is not there, when Google Drive is where I store all my drawings. Now that this app is suddenly free, I went in and finally found the Google Drive option. BUT the app refuse to open up my file. Utterly disappointed. Please fix it. It's a joke now...
