Can’t sign up so app is unusable
I was really looking forward to using this app but there’s an issue when signing up. I’ve tried two different email addresses to sign up - both give me an error message saying that the user email already exists (which shouldn’t be possible as I’m trying to sign up for the first time). And when I ask to reset my password using the “existing” email addresses, it comes up with another error message: “an error occurred, please try again”. So there’s no way to sign up to use the app… rendering it utterly useless at this point. Hopefully the developers can fix this!
