Totally loving this app. I was a little frustrated having to pay for two services on this app. That is why I am giving this four stars and not five. That being said, I have only been going through the lessons for a week and I have already learned so much!!

I was excited about this app so subscribed with free trial, but I was charged the annual subscription the next day. I immediately cancelled and contacted Support but never heard back. Regarding the app itself, don’t waste $60. The modules are quick and easy with some good insights but far too elementary and not nearly enough content to justify the price especially when they’re tricking people into an annual subscription.
It has been an easy learning experience
I tried the trial and canceled. Tried it again a couple of months later to see if anything had changed, got charged for the app. Apple won’t refund. The app said I was still getting a free trial so I don’t know what gives. Very frustrating experience and I’m out $90 now for something I won’t use.
I’m really excited about this app! I’m working on my communication skills; my husband and I recognise the need to communicate clearly and effectively. This app is life changing!! Wish I had this years ago!!
I was charged on day 2 of the 7 day free trial and Apple won’t reimburse. Absolutely terrible customer service.
Don’t believe when they say they alert before subscription for payment starts, there is no alert pushed, I was charged after 4 days of trial for $88.99 and if u click on unsubscribe you need to give an explanation for 20 more characters for Unsubscribe button name to be enabled, beware with the scam
Fraudulently took money out of my account without my permission. Now I am being told there’s no account associated with my email. I will be taking legal action if this is not resolved.
