I know I have an account, so I tried to log in. Said my email or password was wrong so I tried something else. Still wrong, so I requested a reset link. Apparently my email isn't linked to an account, so I then tried to create an account. When I did this I got an email to activate the account, but when I clicked the activation link it just took me to the website showing all my previous orders (proof that I do have an account). I then tried logging in again and still getting the same response as earlier.

I actually have 2 accounts but cannot seem to log into either of them even after verifying with codes. Tried making a new account and it took me to the web , made an account online but cannot log into it on the app just says incorrect email or password. I love the stuff that they sell and I hoped that having the app would make it easier to find new things but unfortunately it’s not working for me.

Thought the app would make ordering easier. Tried to set up an account, and had to jump through hoops to verify account. Went to log in and it says incorrect email or password. After 4th try I gave up.

Can't sign in on the app. Says incorrect email and password, despite it working fine in mobile browser. Tried resetting password and creating a new account but can never sign in to the app.

Not sure what the point of the app is, the products are not good.

I love these products of food especially the snack bars there taste so amazing, I love the spreads goes on my toast taste scrumptious 🤩

I keep being told I have points but can never Find them and never asked If I would like to use my points. Not helpful!
